Karoo Parliament

Date: 10th October 2013 to 11th October 2013

Phillipstown, Northern Cape, are preparing for the Karoo Parliament.   Plascon donated paint to "colour"  the buildings in the mainstreet of Phillipstown.  A team of volunteers pulled together and started with the painting ........... even the "dominee" (attached pictures of before and after).  This is one of the many activities taking place.
